VAR celebrates International Women’s Day

Vicki Couzens (regular presenter of Vision Australia Radio program Australian Geographic Magazine) hosts a special edition of Studio 1 – Vision Australia’s new weekly look at life in Australia from a low vision and blind point of view – celebrating International Women’s Day 2020.

On this podcast Vicki is joined by guests Emma Bennison, CEO of Blind Citizens Australia, and Caren Burns from the Vision Australia Library to discuss the challenges and experiences unique to being a woman who is blind or has low vision. 

On co-presenting duty in the studio are Miriam McCulley and Kaya Sellek who share their own lived experiences.
